FLTRX Road Glide Harley-Davidson announced new touring models and a CVO edition of the Pan America adventure model. H-D says the bikes will be in dealer showrooms shortly. New engines make the bikes more powerful, and the touring models are also more “comfortable and lighter”.
2024 Vitpilen With styling that is certainly intended to be less polarizing than the models they replace, (see our test of the 2022 Svartpilen 401), Husqvarna has introduced entirely revised Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen models for 2024.
Hard core sport bikes don’t sell like they used to, but a new category of more practical, sporty machines with less severe ergonomics has risen. Kawasaki’s Ninja 650, Honda’s CBR650R and Suzuki’s GSX-8R come to mind.
Triumph has already introduced its production motocrosser, the TF 250-X. It has race teams in place to compete in both supercross and outdoor motocross this year. The TF 250-X is a state-of-the-art machine with top-drawer components and a claimed best-in-class power-to-weight ratio.
Royal Enfield has another new model on offer, the Shotgun 650 for 2024. Powered by the familiar 648cc parallel twin making a claimed 47 horsepower, we can expect the bike available in 2024 in the U.S.
